๐ The HWY Driver platform โ including all navigation, fuel tools, load board access, and dispatch connections โ is and will remain permanently free for drivers. This commitment is a binding term of this agreement.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HWY Platform โ including hwytrucking.com, hwydriver.com, hwytms.com, and logbook.hwytrucking.com โ operated by HWY Platform ("HWY," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using any HWY service, you agree to these Terms.
The HWY Platform consists of three interconnected services:
A single HWY Account (created at logbook.hwytrucking.com) provides access across all three services.
All features available to drivers through HWY Driver and the driver-accessible portions of HWY Trucking are, and will remain, permanently free. This includes:
This commitment cannot be removed from these Terms without a 12-month advance public notice period and will not apply retroactively to existing accounts.
You must provide accurate information when creating a HWY Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a HWY Account.
The HWY Logbook is a verified identity record issued by the HWY Platform after successful verification of your identity and, where applicable, your industry credentials.
Logbook verification requires:
CoDriver AI reviews submissions automatically. Additional manual review may occur. Verification is not guaranteed. HWY may deny or revoke Logbook status if submitted documents are fraudulent, expired, or do not meet verification standards.
Each verified Logbook is assigned a unique Logbook number (e.g., HWY-XXXXXX). This number is yours and does not change if you switch roles or platforms.
Activity recorded in your Logbook โ load history, ribbon connections, verification events โ constitutes a permanent, immutable record. Entries cannot be deleted, though connections can be dropped.
A ribbon is a verified connection between two Logbooks. Ribbons establish a permissioned data relationship between the two connected parties.
CoDriver and Nabrith are AI agents operated by HWY with their own verified Logbooks. Connecting to an AI Logbook via ribbon gives you access to AI-assisted dispatch coordination. AI Logbooks are subject to the same ribbon rules as human Logbooks โ you may connect and disconnect at any time.
AI agents make recommendations; final dispatch and operational decisions remain the responsibility of the human user.
You agree not to:
Carrier and broker access to the HWY Platform (including HWY TMS and load board posting) is subject to subscription fees as described at hwytrucking.com/pricing. Subscription terms, cancellation, and billing are governed by the applicable plan agreement at time of purchase.
You are responsible for content you post to HWY community forums, the load board, and the blog. HWY reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is determined to be harmful to the community. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
HWY Platform, including its software, design, brand marks, and AI agents (CoDriver, Nabrith), are proprietary to HWY Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The HWY Platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI agent recommendations, load availability, or the completeness of third-party verification data collected during Logbook review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HWY Platform's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to HWY in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free-tier users, this limit is $0.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The permanent driver free-access provision (Section 2) cannot be modified on less than 12 months notice as described in that section.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction.
